What is Androxine by Alpha Pharma?

Androxine is an injectable trenbolone product from Alpha Pharma. The label lists the active substance simply as trenbolone: the steroid itself, without the acetate or enanthate ester found in most trenbolone products, which is why this form is often called trenbolone base. Each pack contains 10 ampoules at 50 mg/ml.

Trenbolone is a 19-nortestosterone derivative, a relative of nandrolone, and one of the most potent anabolic-androgenic steroids in use. Without an ester, Androxine acts within a short time of injection and leaves the body quickly, so it behaves very differently from the long-acting trenbolone esters.

Effects of trenbolone

Trenbolone binds the androgen receptor much more strongly than testosterone, and it does not convert to estrogen. That combination explains its reputation for building hard, dry muscle. Effects users describe include:

• rapid strength gains;
• denser, visibly harder muscle without water retention;
• fat loss while lean mass is kept, especially on a diet;
• more efficient use of the protein and calories eaten;
• faster recovery between sessions.

Its best-known legitimate use is veterinary: trenbolone acetate implants are given to beef cattle to increase muscle growth. In sport it is used in both cutting and recomposition phases.

How Androxine is used

Because the base form clears so quickly, injections are usually daily. Reported amounts for unesterified trenbolone are modest, commonly 25–50 mg a day, and courses are kept short. Trenbolone suppresses natural testosterone strongly, so it is almost always run alongside a testosterone product to maintain normal androgen levels, and post-cycle therapy follows once it is stopped.

This is not a compound for beginners. Any use, including the dose and duration, must be agreed with a qualified medical professional, with blood pressure, lipids and kidney markers checked regularly.

Side effects of Androxine

Trenbolone has a heavy side-effect profile, and the fast spikes of a base form can make some effects more noticeable. Commonly reported problems include night sweats and insomnia, irritability or aggression, anxiety, and a fall in cardio endurance. Coughing fits right after injection ("tren cough") are well known. It raises blood pressure, worsens cholesterol, and its progestogenic activity can contribute to gynecomastia and to libido problems that are often attributed to prolactin. Acne, hair loss and strong suppression of natural hormone production are also typical.

Women, anyone under 18, and people with heart or kidney disease, high blood pressure or psychiatric conditions should not use it.
