How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?

When you order from us, we will email you an order confirmation containing the list of purchased products.

Shipping time will depend on various factors such as method of shipping, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, which is why we can only give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.

Usually, shipping to the USA (where most of our customers come from) takes from 7 to 15 business days once you receive a tracking code.

What is the maximum amount I can order at one time?

There are no restrictions on how much you can order at one time. However, you should seek advice from a trained individual regarding the quantity you are permitted to import to your country since there may be import regulations in place for those specific product quantities.

We advise first-time customers to perform a test purchase, and if you are satisfied with our services, we will be happy to assist you further.

How can I pay for products?

We are one of the few online steroid shops that accept major credit cards for payment.

However, we do not recommend that first-time customers use their credit cards to place orders totaling more than $750. Clients who place orders of more than $750 should pay by bank transfer, money transfer (such as Moneygram), or in Bitcoin. Customers who use these payment methods do not need to be verified, and they receive a 10% discount on goods every time they pay with a credit card.

Customers who order for the second time will receive a discount on their next order and can pay with a credit card for any amount.

How is my payment processed?

We may ask you to verify your order after you’ve made a credit card payment. This is why we must have your current phone number. If your order fails to pass our verification or we are unable to contact you, your credit card payment will be declined, and you will be asked to pay using one of the alternative payment methods listed above.

Only after your payment has been validated and passed our antifraud check will your card be charged. Approved payments are usually processed and cleared within 1-2 business days, and your order will then be ready to ship.

Why hasn’t my credit card been charged after I placed an order?

Your card will not be debited right away once you make a transaction. The verification procedure can take anywhere from 2 hours to 2 days. Please contact us if your card isn’t charged within 2 business days of your order, and we’ll look into it.

My delivery address is different from my billing address.

This is not a problem as long as the names on the credit card and the shipping destination are the same. But in case we are advised by the payment gateway to check this order, please be prepared that we will need additional verification.

If your billing country is different from your shipping country, we will require you to pay via an alternative payment method.

Can I pay via bank transfer and are there any advantages if I choose this payment method?

Any order paid by bank transfer is eligible for a 5% discount. We’ll also pay for your bank transfer fees. For example, if your order totals $400 and you prefer to pay via bank transfer, the total amount you’ll need to send is $400 – $20 (5 per cent discount) – $40 (bank transfer charge) = $340.

If your order total exceeds $750, we will give you a 10% discount on top of any other discounts you may be eligible for (returning customer, promo code, or special promotion discounts), plus we will compensate your bank transfer fees.

European customers can make payments to our EU bank account through Uberweisung (Germany) and IBAN transfers. SEPA transfers are free, and you will receive a 10% discount on all orders.

Payments made by bank transfer are handled and cleared within 1-2 business days and do not require any verification. As a result, you will receive your order sooner.

How are products shipped?

We process your order and provide a tracking code for delivery within 2-5 business days after successful payment.

We ship using EMS (USPS) traceable shipping, which requires a signature upon delivery. The USPS website allows you to track all of your packages.

Typically, 80-85% of airmail packages arrive within ten business days, and 15-20% arrive within ten to fifteen business days. This is due to inconsistencies among postal representatives, not to services supplied by us. The main cause of a delay is customs clearance in the country from where the products are being shipped, as well as customs clearance in the destination country. This is the most common reason why your tracking code does not move or change for five days.

My order arrived, but it’s incomplete? What should I do?
