What is Ultima-Dbol by Ultima Pharmaceuticals?

Ultima Pharmaceuticals markets its methandienone tablets under the name Ultima-Dbol. The "Dbol" part refers to Dianabol, the first brand under which this steroid was sold, and the product contains the same active substance: methandienone, also written methandrostenolone. Each pill has a strength of 10 mg, and the pack is a compact one of 50 pills.

Methandienone is classed as an oral anabolic-androgenic steroid. Its testosterone backbone carries a 17-alpha methyl group, which lets it survive digestion and liver metabolism, and a 1,2 double bond that changes the ratio between anabolic and androgenic effects. Unlike DHT-based orals, it is aromatized into an estrogen, so it behaves more like a "wet" compound.

What is it used for?

In sport, Ultima-Dbol is used for one main purpose: adding size and strength in a short time. Compared with injectable testosterone, the onset is much faster; compared with oxandrolone or stanozolol, the gains are bigger but carry more water. Typical reasons athletes give for using it:
