What is Testopin-100 by BM Pharmaceuticals?

Testopin-100 is an injectable testosterone product made by BM Pharmaceuticals. Its active substance is testosterone propionate: the natural male hormone with a short propionic acid ester attached, dissolved in oil at 100 mg per ml. The pack contains ten ampoules.

The ester is what sets propionate apart. A short chain means the hormone leaves the injection depot quickly, reaches useful blood levels within a day or so and is largely cleared within a few days. Testosterone propionate was one of the first testosterone esters used in medicine, and it remains among the quickest-acting oil-based forms of testosterone.
