What is Rexogin (vial) by Alpha Pharma?
Rexogin (vial) is an injectable form of stanozolol, the compound most bodybuilders know as Winstrol Depot. Alpha Pharma fills it into a 10 ml multi-dose vial at a strength of 50 mg per milliliter. Stanozolol is a synthetic anabolic steroid derived from dihydrotestosterone (DHT). It reached the market in the early 1960s and has remained one of the most widely used cutting compounds in sport ever since.
Unlike testosterone products, stanozolol carries no ester. Like the classic Winstrol Depot, injectable stanozolol is usually a suspension of fine crystals rather than a clear oil solution, so the vial should be shaken until the contents look even before each dose is drawn.
What does Rexogin do?
Stanozolol does not convert to estrogen, so it adds no water to the physique. Its value lies in quality rather than size: athletes use it to hold on to muscle while dieting and to make the muscle they already have look firmer. It also lowers sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG), which can leave more free testosterone available when testosterone is part of the same stack.
- A harder, drier look during a diet, with clearer separation between muscle groups.
- Preservation of lean tissue when calories are low.
- Gains in strength and speed without a big rise in body weight.
- More visible veins close to a show or photo shoot.
How is Rexogin (vial) used?
Because injectable stanozolol is short-acting, it is given far more often than oil-based steroids. Reports from male athletes most often describe 50 mg (1 ml) every day or every other day for six to eight weeks, usually at the end of a cutting phase. Longer runs are discouraged because of the strain on joints, blood lipids and the liver. Many users add a moderate dose of a testosterone ester so that the shutdown of natural testosterone does not leave them flat and tired.
These figures describe common practice, not a personal plan. Dose, frequency and course length should always be agreed with a qualified medical professional, ideally with blood work before and during use.
Possible side effects
Stanozolol is 17-alpha-alkylated, and this applies to the injection as well as the tablets, so the liver still has to process it. The problems reported most often are:
- Dry, aching joints and tendons, which can raise the risk of injury under heavy loads.
- A marked drop in HDL ("good") cholesterol and a less favorable lipid profile.
- Raised liver enzymes.
- Hair loss in men with a genetic tendency, plus acne and oily skin.
- Pain and soreness at the injection site.
Women face a real risk of a deeper voice and other masculinizing changes. People with liver disease, heart disease or high cholesterol, and anyone under 18, should not use it.
Rexogin package and ordering
