What is Primoprime by Eminence Labs?
Primoprime is the Eminence Labs version of injectable methenolone acetate, the substance behind the classic Primobolan brand. The package holds 10 ampoules with a concentration of 100mg/ml. Methenolone belongs to the DHT family of anabolic steroids: the aromatase enzyme cannot turn it into estrogen, and it lacks the 17-alpha alkyl group that makes many oral steroids hard on the liver.
Two esters of methenolone are common. The enanthate is a long-acting depot injected once or twice a week, while the acetate used in Primoprime acts over a much shorter period. In practice this gives tighter control: levels rise soon after the first injections and fall away quickly after the last one.
Effects and reasons for use
Methenolone has modest anabolic strength next to nandrolone or trenbolone, so it is valued more for the kind of result than for its size. Commonly reported benefits include:
- retention of lean mass and strength while dieting;
- a dense, dry appearance, as estrogen-related bloating is absent;
- steady improvements in recovery and work capacity;
- gains that tend to remain after the course, because little of the added weight is water.
In medicine, methenolone has been used for muscle-wasting conditions and certain forms of anemia, which reflects its effect on protein synthesis and red blood cell production.
Dosage in common practice
Athletes describe injecting 50 to 100 mg daily or every second day, which usually lands somewhere between 300 and 600 mg over a week, for about six to eight weeks. In a cutting stack Primoprime is often combined with a moderate testosterone dose to keep libido and mood stable, and sometimes with other non-aromatizing compounds. Experienced users tend to stay in the same ranges and lengthen a course only with blood tests along the way.
These are general ranges, not a prescription. How much Primoprime to use, how often and for how long must be agreed with a qualified medical professional, ideally one who can check blood pressure, lipids and liver values before and during use.
Side effects and contraindications
Because the compound is DHT-based, the most noticeable problems tend to be androgenic: acne, oily skin and faster hair loss in men already prone to it. Natural testosterone production is suppressed for the duration of the course. Other reported effects are:
- a fall in HDL cholesterol and a less favorable lipid profile;
- a mild rise in blood pressure in some users;
- local pain, swelling or a small lump after injection;
- virilization in women, including hoarseness and unwanted hair growth.
It is not intended for teenagers, pregnant women, or people with cardiovascular disease, an enlarged prostate or hormone-dependent tumors.
