What is Prima-Max by Maxtreme?

The name gives little away, but Prima-Max is a trenbolone product. Maxtreme fills each 10 ml vial with a mix of trenbolone esters, known as Tri Tren, at a combined 150 mg/ml, which gives 1,500 mg per vial. Trenbolone is an injectable anabolic-androgenic steroid derived from nandrolone and is generally regarded as one of the strongest compounds used in bodybuilding.

Single-ester trenbolone forces a choice: acetate acts fast but needs frequent injections, while enanthate needs fewer shots but takes longer to build up. A Tri Tren blend aims at the middle ground, with a short ester for a prompt start and longer ones that stretch the effect between injections.

Effects of Prima-Max

Trenbolone works mainly through the androgen receptor, where its binding is far stronger than that of testosterone. Users of Prima-Max usually describe the following:

Most cycles last eight to ten weeks, with testosterone included to support normal function while natural production is suppressed. Recovery therapy usually starts about two weeks after the last injection, once the longer esters have cleared.

Side effects

Trenbolone tends to affect sleep and mood more than most steroids: insomnia, vivid dreams, night sweats, a short temper and anxiety are frequently reported. Physically, users may notice reduced stamina during cardio, a temporary cough after some injections, oily skin, acne and hair loss. In the blood, HDL cholesterol falls and blood pressure rises. Problems attributed to its progestogenic activity or to prolactin, such as low libido or gynecomastia, can occur in sensitive users, and natural testosterone production stops during the cycle.

Prima-Max is unsuitable for women, novices, people under 18 and anyone with heart, kidney or psychiatric problems.
