What is Pharma Sust 500 by Pharmacom Labs?

Pharma Sust 500 is a multi-ester testosterone injection made by Pharmacom Labs. Its active substance is a Sustanon-type testosterone mix: instead of a single ester, several testosterone esters with different release speeds are dissolved in one oil. The well-known Sustanon 250 formula combines propionate, phenylpropionate, isocaproate and decanoate, so part of the dose acts within days while the rest is released over a period of weeks.

What sets this product apart is its concentration. At 500 mg per milliliter it holds twice the testosterone of a standard Sustanon-style blend, so the same weekly amount fits into half the volume of oil. For people who inject larger doses this means fewer milliliters per shot and fewer injection sites to rotate.
