What is Pharma Mix-4 by Pharmacom Labs?

Testosterone and nandrolone have been paired in bulking cycles for decades, and Pharma Mix-4 puts that pairing into a single high-strength vial. Pharmacom Labs blends four esters at a combined 600 mg per milliliter: testosterone phenylpropionate, testosterone decanoate, nandrolone phenylpropionate and nandrolone decanoate. In each hormone one ester is relatively fast and one is slow, so the blend starts working early and keeps working for a long time after an injection.

Nandrolone, also called 19-nortestosterone and best known from Deca-Durabolin and NPP, is testosterone without the carbon atom at position 19. It is strongly anabolic, converts to estrogen far less than testosterone does, and has noticeable progestogenic activity.

Many experienced users keep the total weekly amount in roughly the same range they would use for separate testosterone and nandrolone products; at 600 mg per milliliter, even one milliliter a week is a substantial dose. Recovery therapy is postponed until the decanoate esters have cleared, which takes longer than with short esters.

The right amount differs from person to person. Dose and duration have to be agreed with a qualified medical professional, with blood work along the way.

Possible side effects

Nandrolone brings risks that testosterone alone does not. Its progestogenic effect can raise prolactin and contribute to gynecomastia or reduced libido and erectile problems, especially if testosterone levels are too low relative to nandrolone. Water retention and higher blood pressure are common. Testosterone adds acne, hair loss in predisposed men and prostate stress. Both hormones suppress natural testosterone production strongly, and nandrolone in particular can take a long time to recover from. Lipid values and hematocrit should be monitored.

Women, minors and people with heart, kidney or liver disease or hormone-sensitive tumors should not use this blend.
