Magnum Oxymeth 50 is an oral oxymetholone product by Magnum Pharmaceuticals. Each tablet contains 50 mg of oxymetholone, the active ingredient of the pharmaceutical brand Anadrol-50, first marketed in the US in the early 1960s. The 50 mg strength is high for an oral steroid, and it reflects the fact that oxymetholone is dosed in larger amounts than most other tablets.

Oxymetholone is a derivative of dihydrotestosterone carrying two key modifications: a 2-hydroxymethylene group and a 17-alpha methyl group.
