What is Magnum D Bol 10 by Magnum Pharmaceuticals?

Magnum D Bol 10 is a methandienone tablet produced by Magnum Pharmaceuticals. Methandienone, sold historically as Dianabol and often shortened to "D-bol", is an oral anabolic steroid derived from testosterone. Every pill in this product delivers 10 mg of the hormone.

From a chemical point of view, methandienone is 17-alpha-methyl-1-dehydrotestosterone. The methyl group allows the tablet to pass through the liver mostly intact, while the added double bond reduces androgenic strength relative to testosterone and keeps the anabolic effect pronounced. Like testosterone, it is a substrate for aromatase, which turns part of it into an estrogen. That single fact explains much of how the drug behaves, both the fast weight gain and the typical side effects.
