What is Halotestos 10 by Pharmacom Labs?

Halotestos 10 is an oral anabolic-androgenic steroid from Pharmacom Labs, sold as 10 mg tablets. The active ingredient is fluoxymesterone, a compound better known under its old pharmacy name Halotestin. It was introduced as a prescription androgen in the 1950s and was used for low testosterone in men, delayed puberty and, in some cases, certain forms of breast cancer.

Fluoxymesterone is a heavily modified testosterone molecule. A fluorine atom at the 9-alpha position and an 11-beta hydroxyl group make it strongly androgenic, while a 17-alpha methyl group lets it survive the first pass through the liver when swallowed.
