What is Exos 25 by Pharmacom Labs?

Exos 25 is the exemestane product of Pharmacom Labs, a manufacturer whose catalog covers both anabolic steroids and ancillary drugs. The number in the name is the strength: every pill contains 25 mg of exemestane (Aromasin), and one pack holds 50 pills.

Exemestane is a steroidal aromatase inactivator. Aromatase normally converts testosterone into estradiol and androstenedione into estrone. Exemestane takes the place of that natural substrate, binds to the enzyme and deactivates it permanently. The body has to produce fresh aromatase before estrogen production can pick up again, so the effect of each dose outlasts the drug's own time in the blood.

Blood work for estradiol a few weeks in is the only reliable way to judge the dose. A qualified medical professional must agree on the amount and the duration before use.

Possible adverse effects

Too high a dose drives estradiol below what a man needs. Warning signs include:

• aching, stiff joints, often most noticeable after training;
• loss of libido and difficulty with erections;
• lethargy, low motivation and poor sleep;
• worsening of HDL and LDL cholesterol.

Other reported effects are hot flushes, headache, nausea, sweating, hair thinning and acne. Over many months, low estrogen can weaken bones. Women before menopause, pregnant or breastfeeding women and children should not use exemestane.
