What is Drostan-E 200 by Magnum Pharmaceuticals?

Drostan-E 200 is an injectable form of drostanolone enanthate produced by Magnum Pharmaceuticals. The package holds 5 ampoules (200mg/ml) of oil solution. Drostanolone is best known as Masteron, the name under which its shorter propionate ester was once sold as a medicine; the enanthate version is a longer-acting variant favored by athletes who want fewer injections.

Chemically, drostanolone is a derivative of dihydrotestosterone (DHT) with a methyl group at the 2-alpha position. That has two important consequences. First, it cannot be converted to estrogen, so it causes no estrogenic water retention. Second, it is not alkylated at carbon 17, so it does not carry the liver strain typical of many oral steroids. The enanthate ester slows its release, so a single injection keeps working for several days.
