Andriol Testocaps (30 capsules) is an oral testosterone product supplied under the Healing Pharma name. It carries the name of a well-known prescription brand that has been used for years in testosterone replacement.

Testosterone undecanoate is plain testosterone attached to a long fatty-acid ester. That ester is what makes oral testosterone possible without the 17-alpha-methyl group found in most tablets: taken with food, part of the dose is picked up by the lymphatic vessels of the gut instead of the portal vein, so it escapes breakdown in the liver on its first pass. Even so, only a small fraction of each capsule reaches the bloodstream. Once in the bloodstream the ester is cleaved, and the body sees ordinary testosterone, which can also be turned into DHT and estradiol.
